Understanding Your Needs
First, we’ll want to do a home visit to get a good understanding of the room your fireplace is sitting in and how the house is built. This allows us to make smart and supportive recommendations regarding fireplace size, venting, framing and electrical needs.

Selection and Design
Aesthetics or heat, once we understand the purpose of your fireplace, we’ll confirm the fireplace size–an essential part of the process.
Next, we chat design options. Hearth or mantle? Tile or rock finishes? Drywall needs? Then we finalize the smaller details like the decorative media kits that come with your fireplace (ex: glass, logs or rocks for electric & gas or stand or door options for wood stoves and more).

Quote, Deposit and Preparation
Once the details are agreed upon, we’ll provide a quote. If we’re doing the construction or installation, you’ll also receive an estimated timeline for the project.
We’ll review any questions or concerns you have and ensure you feel confident and clear with your selection.

Installation
As most of our fireplaces are local and stocked on site, projects can start sooner than later. Installation includes framing, venting and any other necessary elements such as electrical. The fireplace is then installed.
